Will I always have the same team?

We run our business with integrity by treating our team members and clients with the utmost respect. When we say we will send the same team to your home each visit, we mean it. This Clean House has an amazingly low employee turnover rate. (High employee turnover rate is the greatest problem in the cleaning industry today) Keeping employees encouraged and enthused about their work is critical to maintaining the same team in your home and the same consistent work on every visit. We work daily to that end.

Are teams trained and supervised?

Team members are trained for 2 weeks before they go “on their own”. Each team includes a Team Leader to see that cleaning tasks are correctly completed by the team. We then have our teams check each other’s work before they leave your home.

All homes are different and require attention to different details as per the clients’ requests. This is why it is so important that we maintain the same team in your home each visit!

How many people will clean my home?

We work in teams of two, one of whom is a Team Leader (supervisor). Two-person teams prove to be the most efficient because you will never find someone “standing around”, which is the most common complaint we receive from prospective clients about other services that send larger teams to the home.

Must I be at home when you clean?

Owner’s choice! Our teams are very trustworthy. It is easier for the team to clean without distraction and allows them to be most efficient when the owners are NOT home. Clients can give us a key that will be kept securely in our care or they may hide a key and we can replace it back to the same location when the work is complete.

We do have many clients who are home when we clean and that is fine, too!

Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?

This Clean House always provides our own cleaning products and equipment. All of our products are environmentally safe and are safe for small children and pets.


We do understand that some clients have products of their own preference. Just let your Team Leader know and the team will be glad to use them.

What if I would like something cleaned that is not part of your system?

This Clean House offers a variety of additional home services and special projects that can be tailored to your exact needs. From laundering, changing linens, cleaning out the garage, organizing cabinets, pantries and closets… we get all sorts of requests. Simply call the office to discuss your needs and if we are able, we will take care of it for you.

How do I pay for your services?

Payment is due at the time of service. You may pay by cash or personal check. If you aren't home during our first visit, we will invoice you via mail or email. If you need to make other arrangements, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

On regularly scheduled visits, please leave your payment on the kitchen countertop.
